Rental and Roommate Agencies Questions |

Changing asks
I can't take my roommate anymore. I am tired of babysitting her kids and she can be irresponsible. I will feel bad for the kids but I have kids of my own that I have to take care of. I have those kids 24/7 because of her job. I have been doing this for over and year and I am TIRED. She doesn't pay me and I have ask her too but she is wasteful with her money and is never able to pay me consistently. I have to get out of this lease before I have a nervous break down. I called the rental agency and they told me to wait until the least is up but that is in November. I can't wait that long. I have no life. Plus I am taking 2 classes. I am stress the f*** out and my kids are miserably. What can I do? Please help.

asks
I am currently in the process of looking for a place to rent. I know that income, 2 recent years of rental history, and credit score are the major factors in qualification.
The income and credit score are not a problem. I make just under 1800/month and my middle credit score is 685.
However, rental history is a problem. Over the last 3 years I have moved around a lot living with friends/others renting out a room, family. The last time I signed a lease was 3 years ago. I understand that rental history is important as credit of what kind of tenant you are. And to say that I believe I am a good tenant has no validity with those reading this or the rental agency. But what stops me from "falsifying" my rental history?
I know what addresses my credit report includes.. so what if I report on my application the address, and then give them someones else's number?
One address on my report is my mother's house.. so by giving my mom's number that is not false, though I know it's not a valid form of rental history. But what's to say that they know since we have different last names?
Another address was a room for rent posted on craigslist. I never signed myself onto that property lease and it was never found out that I was there the whole time. So, why not give the number of that roommate to verify rental there?
And the last address is where I am currently living, with a brother. Again I am not on the lease of this house, but I've lived here for almost a year and still have yet to be caught (understand, I don't make it a point to get caught and highly doubt so). So, why not give the number of my brother to verify this location?
