I am currently overseas and would like to fix my credit as soon as possible, but definitely do not have the time or the resources to contact my creditors. The internet is the only means possible right now and I would like to know if there is any services out that that stand out above the rest.

I have about $20,000 in credit card debt, so far im managing the payments on all except one. Its a Chase Visa. The balance is about $7,000. Not sure how long I will be able to maintain the payments. I now work part-time, and going through ups and down with an all ready crappy salary. I called chase customer service and they gave me incorrect contact information for my issue. I ended up going in circles. So I decide to go to the Better Business Bureau and complain. Chase Is a member of the BBB also. But anyway, I received a voicemail from the Chase Executive Office. They want to discuss with me. I'm sort of reluctant to call back simply because I know how obtuse those corporate people can be a lot of times. Right now my balance is receiving a promotional rate of around 7% which will end by January 2011. Are there any suggestions? Im trying use the snow ball effect by starting with my lowest bill and gradually working to the highest, but this one bill just throws a dirty wrench in that plan..
