I am launching a new website exclusively for auto dealers. This website is strictly for auto dealers to trade wholesale inventory between each other. To get it off the ground, I need some initial dealers with a decent amount of wholesale inventory to list their vehicles on the website. Then I can attract other dealers to buy their inventory which attracts more wholesale inventory. But I need those first 6 to 12 dealers in a regional area to get the ball rolling. What are the best ways to find these dealers? Calling them one at a time will take too long. BTW - The website is currently free to use for the next 2 or 3 months. After that dealers will pay a small monthly fee for using it. There are no listing fees or transaction costs.

What incentives do auto dealers get from car manufacturers like GM and Ford? How are these deals structured? Do the manufacturers gives the dealers a percentage of each car sold? Do they give them some kind of money back guarantee or what?
